A concierge 12-week coaching experience rooted in scripture, for those who want to steward their health as part of their faith.
You might be here because…
You want to eat less processed food, but "eating healthy" has always felt complicated or restrictive.
Your doctor mentioned your cholesterol, and you'd rather change it with food than dread every meal.
You're tired of the nightly "what do I even make?" and want the confidence to put together something nourishing without overthinking it.
You've tried changing on your own and doing it alone is the hardest part.
Or maybe you've tried it all.
So many of us lead with a label. "I used to be vegan," "I'm doing carnivore," "I'm mostly vegetarian," as if the right label is the answer.
Here's the truth: carnivore, vegan, vegetarian, or somewhere in between. Any way of eating can be unhealthy. The label was never the point.
And what if these small changes could be a part of drawing closer to God? Whole food, real life, lived in step with Scripture.
Wherever you're starting from, you're in the right place.

Coaching with your partner? Ask about couples coaching on your free call.
Half our time together is yours. We talk through how the week really went, what's working, where you need support, and what's coming up. No agenda, no rushing to content. Just space to be heard and figure out what you actually need.
The other half is where we build. Each week has a theme: a whole food category, the why behind it, one simple thing to batch cook that turns into three or four meals, and a Scripture reflection.
Over twelve weeks you stop following a plan and start understanding food well enough to put meals together yourself, without a recipe, without overthinking it.
That's when it clicks. And once it clicks, it stays.
"My favorite aspects of the 12-week coaching program are the accountability it provided and the shift in my mindset from choosing foods based on "what sounds good" to viewing food as fuel and nourishment for my body. I also appreciated that the changes were introduced gradually making them realistic, sustainable, and easy to maintain."
-Tammy H, Freeland, WA
A complete rotation of breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and dinners you love and can make without thinking. Built together using Pick, Rate, Repeat.
Each week's content, your goals, and your next steps, stored in your own Google Drive folder and yours to keep forever.
Dr. Greger's Daily Dozen, the foods with the strongest research behind them, as your everyday compass. Not a meal plan, a foundation.
Whole food, plant-forward recipes hand-picked to match where you are in the program, plus room to fold in the meals you already love.
One batch cook a week that builds three or more meals. Simple techniques, no culinary degree required.
We talk about how it's really going, what's working, where you're stuck, and what to focus on next. You're not doing any of this by yourself.
We close each session with a short reflection and a verse to carry into your week, a reminder that caring for your body is part of caring for what you've been given.
Do I have to give up meat?
No. The focus is helping you crowd your plate with more whole plant foods you enjoy. That's where the real change happens. You're always in the driver's seat.
I'm not much of a cook. Will this work for me?
Especially for you. The whole system is built around simple anchor cooking. One batch a week that turns into several meals. No fancy techniques, no complicated recipes. We start exactly where you are.
What if I've tried diets before and they never stuck?
That's exactly why this isn't a diet. Diets end, and that's why they fail. This is about building habits and a personal meal playbook that fit your real life, so there's nothing to fall off of.
Can I pay in installments?
Yes. We can talk through payment options on your free conversation and find what works for you.
Will this require expensive or hard-to-find ingredients?
No. Beans, grains, frozen vegetables, canned goods. Real whole food is some of the most affordable food there is. We work with what's accessible to you.
What if I have a health condition or specific goal?
We'll talk through that on our call, and your goals anchor everything we do together. I'm a certified nutrition educator, not a doctor. For any medical condition or medication, I'll always encourage you to keep your physician in the loop. We work alongside your care, never instead of it.
I see compassion, stewardship, and honoring my body as an expression of my Christian faith. My own shift happened one small step at a time, and that's exactly how we'll work together. No labels, no perfection required. Just real food, real life, and someone in your corner every week. I'm a certified Plant-Based Nutrition Educator through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell.
