At Pigs Are Smart™, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms and process for returns, exchanges, and refunds. 

 

Return Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. 
  • Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. 
  • Non-Returnable Items:  
    • Final sale items and gift cards are non-returnable, except if damaged or defective upon receipt. 
    • Digital products and subscriptions are non-refundable.  

 

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us: Email orders@pigsaresmart.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is submitted, we aim to respond with approval instructions within 2-3 business days.
  • Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you’ll receive instructions on where to send your item(s.
  • Shipping Costs: 
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. 
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s). 
  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Refund processing times may vary based on your bank or payment provider’s policies. 
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, except for defective or incorrect items.

Exchanges

  • Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability. 
  • Process: Contact us at orders@pigsaresmart.com to initiate an exchange. If the desired item is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at orders@pigsaresmart.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the cost of return shipping and provide a replacement or refund. 

 

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within the stated processing time: 

  • Check your bank or payment account. 
  • Contact your credit card company or payment provider, as processing times may vary.
